  Our company order from this company for years. Although there were a few issues we never reported anything as we just found ways to sort them. Until the last order where the boxes we ordered where completely wrong size. We emailed the company and had no reply at all. So was stuck with a load of boxes we couldn't use. We were not amused. Also the more we get the more defects we are finding. Smashing in boxes, chunks taken out, not stuck together or badly machined so do not go together as they should. Also recently we got half way through to find 25 of a completely different material of boxes stuffed in the middle. The new material was cheap and nasty. It looked it and it was. Tape will not stick to the boxes at all. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
